It is with great regret that I must inform my loyal and valued clients of MariaCarter SkinCare that I am unable to book any further appointments at my Trancas Street location.
Due to a recent onslaught of ADA lawsuits filed by a person in Napa, the building we are currently located in will not meet the strict guidelines for an eventual ADA complaint. The owner is unable to bring the building up to code to comply with the standards set. In order to avoid a costly and business crushing lawsuit, I am forced to relocate my business. I have been searching for a new location without success for a few months now. Until I can locate an ADA compliant location that will accommodate my business needs, I will be unable to service my clients.
I value your business greatly and am very sad to be unable to serve your skincare needs at this time. Please know that I will contact you as soon as I locate a new business site and reopen my doors to serve you better. Wishing you and your families a prosperous and healthy Holiday and New Year.
